To be eligible for a Refund/Exchange you must meet the following conditions:
- Any problems with your order must be brought to our attention by contacting us at MadOxComicsReturns@gmail.com within 3 calendar days of delivery.
- Your item(s) must be shipped back to us and post marked within 10 calendar days of your initial notification regarding the problem.
- Item(s) must be returned to us in the same condition in which they were received. If the item has been opened, used, or shows any other signs that it is not in its original condition you will not be eligible for a refund.
- You must include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return shipment.
You are responsible for return shipping. We will reimburse return shipping cost only if we determine that we are the cause of the return.
If you are returning an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If the item you received is defective please contact the manufacturer.
If your item was damaged during shipping and you purchased the optional shipping insurance you can return the damaged item(s) for a full refund. If you did not purchase the optional shipping insurance you will need to contact the shipper directly and file a claim with them.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refund times will vary depending on your banks processing schedule.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Processing times can range from 3-14 business days depending on your bank.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
